Food justice is an important part of community justice. The funds that we raise help us to support food banks locally and to support High School students and our volunteers in our involvement with Rise Against Hunger. This organization enables us to provide nutritional support for communities in need, across the World.
The Duck Race
Every year the Chelmsford Rotary Club runs a major fund-raiser with a rubber-duck race on a local stream in Chelmsford Center - fun and prizes are the major draw. The Duck race event is a major source of support for the Rotary club and our mission.
Rotary Youth Leadership In Action
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where High School Juniors and Seniors can develop their leadership skills, while having fun and making connections.
Students of The Month
Each month, in collaboration with the Principal and Deans of Chelmsford High School, The Rotary Club recognizes and celebrates outstanding performance by Seniors, in Leadership, Community Service, Academics and Sports.
